Battle Yak
For which Engine - none
Current Polycount - 868 polys Max Polycount - 8000 Tris Texture Size - none Description of background information on piece - I want to construct a character that I feel is model well enough to import into zbrush. I have never used zbrush and I hope to teach myself the basics. The hole at the neck area is where the head is going to extrude from and the hands are going to be created next. There is still a lot of armour and little details to be applied. Where are you looking to receive criticism - Everywhere, but mostly poly usage. I want to make sure that I am going about modeling characters in the right way. _________________________________________________ |

In my opinion that seems to be a good base a bit stylised like WOW in his proportions no !?
Like the Tauren, even if it's not that really ![]() However there is something that "striked" me when I've looked at your pictures. The hands need some more tweaking It's too much flat at the moment. You could save aswell some polies by cleaning the middle of the mesh there are edges close at each other, perhaps you could save some polies by adjusting the topology, I don't know really ![]() Good luck
