Cute Pyramid Head

This is my cute model of the glorious Pyramid Head from Silent Hill 2, I would like to make some humor scenes with him later.
I need to refine a little bit the texture and generate the normal map, but this is the first step and I want to share with you.
The complete model is 585 tris.

I like what you did here

The only thing that doesn't look as good is the sword.
I would expect it to be less blocky and scratchy
Maybe some more contrast and color differences on the skin

Yeah thats pretty cute,
Id suggest making the blood a little darker though.

Cool! That's pretty chibi. All it needs is a big sweat drop on the pyramid. Now make a super muscular pyramid head!

Hi there. I had a little time in the weekend and I can make some progress. The sword change was very right, and the next I have to fix is the boot. Im happy with the progress, but I realized in this pics is that the Cut is gone, now It looks very darky.
But well its what I do in my free time.
