Grunge up the tires a bit, add mud etc, maybe a little rust on the chain?

I know it's a probably bit late for this, but there are a few things you really should have a look at before continuing. Two things that definitely need a fix are the springs at the back wheels, and the engine block...

The springs look like they're 1000 tris each, and the chance that anyone will notice them ingame is almost none existing. A cilinder with a proper texture would save you allot of triangles, and allot of unwrapping work...

The engine is a bit tricky. The fins are just planes, and with GI it looks alright. But BF2 doesn't have GI, so you definitely should check that stuff ingame, and see how that'll look. I doubt that the shadowing will work as good in BF2...

Thanks doylle, your right, the springs are stupidly expensive for tris, not quite 1000 each, they are exactly 600 each. I REALLY wanted them to be detailed though because i feel they are actually a key point of interest on a bike. Here is my texture sheet, you can see the part Ive circled is the spring:

Its really not that wasteful. And personally i was worried about how it would turn out, but now im really happy with it.

As for the engine i dont know what you mean by GI, is that something to do with two sided faces? Or anti aliasing? Im worried about this now. I dont know what you mean about the shadowing, its an AO map baked onto the texture, so i dont see how it can go very wrong.

Please explain the GI thing. Thanks xx

hes talking about global illumanation (GI) which is a render option that you can find in mental ray or vray for exemple! basically it will lighten your object from every direction to give a realistic looking !

too dirty?

Made the dirt a bit more uniform and less all-over-the-place. I dont know if it really fits that well. This is what PR looks like:

Thats about as DIRTY as the maps get.

Comments and crits plz

Desert variant.

I dont know why, but it looks so BORING. I hate it, im really starting not to like it. Boo. Help plz. Maybe it will look better in-game.

Can you do it on some more clay renders at a higher rez? i find it hard to view it properly when its on the woodland/desert backdrops.

It is not enough details on diffuse texture. look on references, there it is a lot of details, try to transfer them to the bike. Try to remove seams on texture (for example - from a protector to side of wheels).
Fine details - 50 % of success.

Look at this pics.
