It's looking pretty thus far however theres a few kind of useless loops here and there.

things i think that you could improve on:
the thing which goes like infront of his face is sharper, not all rounded as you have it. also the tubes should go down then up. the guy seems to have a bigger chest than what you have it, but you might have it right, not quite sure

just giving you these crits of what could be improved but your off to a good start

He is leaning backwards a little too much. See if you can change his pose around a bit. Perhaps it would be easier to wait untill he's fully rigged.

Fantastic. I love the proportions, although his boots look a little too big to me. They don't look like they fit like boxer's boots, but almost like big wellingtons :P

Great start on the face, too. I think if you can keep that style and cover this guy in it, you'll be on to something special.

Can't wait to see more, man

I really have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to next gen skin texturing so I'm just kinda winging it atm.
(seams will be fixed later)

And about the boots. I used one of Udons "concpets" of him, which happened to have big boots

Looking pretty cool.

I can't help but feel his face is a little too tall, though. Or the top half of his head is too short.

I think you'd get a more brutal/boxer look by compressing his face in a little. Make him look like some burly hard man :P

I'm wouldn't say the face was too big, I think the neck is too long, the face is positioned quite high in relation to the top of his pecks, which should attach on too the collar bone. The collar bone sits almost vertically joining the shoulder blade directly above the ball joint of the arm.
Maybe you just need to pull the Pecks up to the right place, their a bit saggy at the mo ;-)
