Hmm, looks alright so far (even though i can't see the details very well because of the lighting), but are you using an Editor for this? Or is it just in max?

Ok, well you could sharpen the texture for the floor, but maybe your UVs are at the wrong scale. Can you post some wireframe/UV/texture shots?

it could just be a matter of being very close to a low resolution texture.

no i know its not that, its 1024x1024 texture :S i think it might have something to do with my render setting or the angle. i got the same thing when i was working on one of my first projects:

Armanguy, please add a link to your image below the embedded image. That's the only way I can see them. I've been having to hit reply to your message, find the URL of the image, and link to it manually.

That said, the image looks really nice, I love the colors, the black bars and FOV effects. No crits.

EDIT:

Lol, I figured out why I couldn't see your images. They were blocked for some reason. I un-blocked them though, and now I can see all your stuff fine.

Hi,
can you specify which renderer did you use and what settings?

The main problem I think is in material settings. For each map u have (diffuse, bump, etc.) set Blur to 0.01 (is set to 1.0 as default). This should render the textures sharper.

The other setting that can help is to change the Filter in Render dialog from Area (default) to some sharper one like Mitchell-Netravali.

Hope this helps
