Um, actually, I'm pretty sure the the bluriness is because of your bitmap filtering. Set your filtering to none, and it should become sharp. Beware though, it might get pixelated.

About the blur. It looks like you've tried pretty much everything in the render settings, it might be a good time to look at your texture. If that one is a bit blury to start with, then there's no way you'll get a sharp looking render of course. Care to share some of the texture sheets?
