I think Cijzerman89 nailed it on the eyes, but the ears also seem very sunken into the skull and there is very little skull structure showing in the forehead

call me funy but he kinda looks like he has his head pulled back too far like hes trying to keep his head back the eyes might still be a little to close together too... the other changes to the head are spot on.. really nailedthe shape
i live what you did with the fabric. vnioce keep it up. you going to texture him too?

if this guy is going to be a fully rigged model I would make a default head without the extreme expression, or it will be a nightmare trying to get your character into a default pose
