Good to see you concept. It would be an imteresting weapon.
To improve the work, you may first try to optimize the model. The shape of the model is not well built. Also, it looks a bit messy for the mesh, try to cut down some redundant polygons. Swag is right, you should really put an eye on the handle part.
Well, it seems that the blade should be assembled into the handle part, not crafted as yours. And what does the blade made of? Metal or stone? It seems to me that it should be some kind of metal as there are some sharp edges.
