well, it's really too early to crit that much or even post
but the torso here is box shaped and should be more of a squashed cylindar (a bit of an oval). Also the arms are nearly as thick as the waist, they could be thinner.
but anyway, you've got a ways to go, but what's so girly about overalls? Dressed fairly manly thus far.

hey,

It's ok, but the head proportions are way off. The body proportions are ok,but still are off it looks like. Look on google for female anatomy images and use those for reference. The eyes should be in the middle of the head vertically, with about 1 eye space inbetween them. The mouth corners should line up with the middle of the eyes, and the nose should start about at the top of the eye brows and end about 1/3 down from the eyes.

Matt

Can you give a detailed description of what you are trying to achieve with this piece?

It’s not really coming together, yet you shoot down any feedback with “it’s supposed to be this” and “ignore that.” It’s supposed to be WHAT? You’re assuming everyone is on the same page as you, yet refused to give any hint as to what you’re trying to do here. This is halting any good feedback and handicapping the advancement of your work.

I get that it's a cartoon guy in a dress with long braided hair, but what style? what technical specs? wireframes, etc.
