Yea. Well either model or texture detail, whatever works best. I made a quick paintover with the stuff I think looks a bit off.

Every wall has these three components, but the whay they connect can use some more details imo. Stefan Morell has a couple of very strong sci fi scenes, it might be a good idea to loot at his work to get more inspiration...

along with doylle's advice...maybe try to bevel the corners so that the windows and doors don't look so boxy. although, it could be that the windows/doors just need a trim.

Thanks for the paintover guys... i'm gonna make some time this week to impliment the suggested changes, although to be honest it seems like a dead end piece, might end up moving onto something else.

Anyway, i've been mucking about improving some of my older models I did.

rail clashes a lot with the wall, because of the brightness difference. also that trash bin has far too many triangles for its quality.

Working on something new, an exterior environment piece.

I've really not had a great deal of time recently to do any 3D work, due to my shitty ass job (oh how fun it is)... anyway, with whatever little time i do manage to find, will be used to work on this piece. Still pretty open to ideas on what kind of direction I could take this.

EDIT:
Also redone the texture on that wall for the park bench - thanks for the tip!

Looking good, but what is it supposed to be an exterior of exactly? A prison? A warehouse?

Just wondering Hope to see the textures soon as well.

Thanks ... it's an urban city environment actually... specifically a restuarant overlooking a canal. Sort of loosely based on a couple of different locations in manchester, which I took photos of.

Anyway, here's some more smaller updates, with a slight change in the lighting (god, i love vray sun )

A small Update.. I added a couple of benches this time, although at the moment they are high poly, ripe and ready for a good ole fashioned normal map. Also changed the rail along the river barrier to suit a style more similar to the surround environment if you have a look at the first and second pics of my previous post. Which rail looks better?

Hey that's really nice architecture there. Excellent texturing job too. I'm looking forward to seeing the textured version of these latest parts.
