Texture Size - 512x512
Description of background information on piece - Learning piece, doing character modeling, textures, rigging, and animating.
Where are you looking to receive criticism - Textures right now, I know where and how I can improve the mesh.

Even though it's commie; it's a bit TOO commie atm tbh. There's like a white space on his forhead with some dot on it I would drop.
Maybe an ambient occlusion would do good. I thinks its better to texture in a more realistic way and if it is to be used ingame just use a cartoon shader. Can you also post a wired unwrap. I can't really see what is what.

In the short way: Maybe redo unwrapping and texture a bit more realistic

Well, for what is currently in your diffuse texture (mainly large blocks of 2 colours),I think that the texture size is overkill. As it is the current texture could be far smaller with little/no quality difference.

Basically I'm echoing TheoLogic, try some more detail into the texture.
