Road Closed sign

For which Engine - Unreal III
Current Polycount - 250 polygons
Texture Size - 512 x 512
Description of background information on piece - I going for a road sign that is part of a city scene in which the city has been abandoned for years and everything has been left alone in the elements.
Where are you looking to receive criticism - I'm looking for criticism mostly on the texture itself.

I like it. You have alot of dirt on it it, but the paint seems untouched underneath. Maybe have it chipped off here and here.

Where I live those things are made of wood (for the red/white stripe things) and grey metal (for the supports). Also I think signs like that rarely look so rusty like that. They usually look just dirty but that might just me.
