Here's a quick render:

Talon I get scare changing things like color, it just dont look right when I do it in CS. I think want I'm going to do when I create a new texture is find an image and try and recreate it 100%. I just build this in max and slammed in sum textures, added sum shadows and lighting, cracks and dirt. But I could of really pushed this one a bit.

The contrast is too high
it gives it a cellshaded look .
Also the sides and bottom look very handpainted in comparison.
Dont go overboard with the dodge tool and make sure you don't make your texture too noisy.

the shaded areas are too big and strong, mainly in the column thing. When put to perspective, it will look bad...

A few suggestions

I realize you have finished working on this texture but I still wanted to give you a bit of constructive criticism.

First, the wall looks like a concrete sidewalk.
There is a lot of noise and the yellow splotches stand out a lot to me whereas I think it would be more successful a texture if you covered them up using the heal brush or clone stamp.

Although I am a fan of using photos for textures I suggest maybe painting over them or maybe even using them as reference. A lot of of the photoshop filters can be used to your advantage in making textures. For example, using photoshop's clouds works great for metals.

Lastly, try experimenting with pattern stamps. You might find them useful.
