I used reference from various cathedrals, including Christ Church in Dublin, Notre Damn and Prague Cathedral. Its intimidating how much detail goes into there buildings.

My only crit is that some of your poly distribution is contradictory. You have modeled in small details like the little bumps on the big tower/steeple things, little decorative trim in the windows, and really skinny slits in the towers. Then you've not used enough polys rounding off things like the large doorway arch and the flying buttresses to match the detail level of the aforementioned smaller details. You don't really say what the model is intended to be used for (aside from a portfolio piece) so it's hard to tell you whether you should trim polys off and put some of that detail into the texture, or spend some polys rounding it out some more.

Aside from that, it looks really nice. That's a lot of work.

^ good points
and id like to add that some of your polies seem to have smoothing problems or are not flat enough and one or two verts may have shifted slightly

Thanks guys

@pantsburgh: The plain areas still need detailing. The idea is to get as much detail as possible into the cathedral. The polygon count is unlimited, as I've gathered if a modeler can model in high resolution they surely can model in low res.

@Dennispls: Well spotted, haven't gotten round to plaining out those faces.

you can get away with the big front window by only modelling the outer slit. all else can be done in texture, and still look great!
Also, the middle section of the cathedral looks empty and too thin. You should find a way to give it some focus too, or people will think the cathedral is all about the back and front faces.
