Guargh.. First time working with ZBrush. Already noticed that just because it runs solid in ZBrush it doesn't need to import well into Max.

Finishing texturing a fire hydrant. The model is 430 polygons with a 512 diffuse,normal, and spec map. Let me know if I'm on the right track.

Those holes need to be black and non-specular in the centre to show that they go far deeper than you see there. You couldn't put your fingers or thumb into those holes atm.

and you might also want to collapse the middle polys then, if they're gonna be pure black anyway.
