Nah, keep the saturation, I like it.
But try changing the blend mode back to normal. It looks like metal dye at the moment rather than paint because all of the surface colouration of the metal shows through (it should only show the surface texture, which is mostly flat). I guess when you get around to being able to make the spec highlights on it white rather than red, it'll help that, too. |

Armanguy. I'm not sure how you've done it but the high poly mesh didn't look too bad. Now it's translated into the low poly and it's lost all its appeal for me. Your material definition is really lacking in that respect, dude, unless it really is made out of concrete?

hahah yeah taking a look at it now and it totally looks like concrete :P i think once i have a spec map it'll look less like concrete but i think i should try to fix this problem before it gets any worse also i might also tone down the red

I would lose the camo overlay on the grey metal. I'm not sure if you have a design to work from but the bare metal seems very out of place, bare metal with a camo overlay confuses my massive brain. I don't think it makes sense for a tank to be just bare grey metal, usually you have some sort of paint or coating on it.
I would lose the camo for now until you have your colour scheme down, then bring back the camo incorporate it in a less generic way, it just looks slapped on right now
