Perhaps his ears might just be a tad bit small, but not sure

/Edit: Having another look I notice that is throat seems to be a bit off.

was bored and thought i would try making a scene, i failed and to make things worse the hole reason i made the model for a ingame ce2 test the cryengine 2 editor has broken :|

That's actually pretty cool tKaza (don't know why i always write that "K" in capitals).
The ground looks a bit like chocolate but the bunker looks cool.

TKAZA: Yeah. Seconded. I think the reason it's less convincing with the diffuse texture applied is that you seem to have used no colour variation on it. Rocks are made of all sorts of minerals and stuff, and you seem to have gone for only one hue value.

Check out some ref, shift the colour about a bit, and it should start coming together as something that's a bit more interesting.

The normal map looks ace, btw

tkaza: what the others said sounds reasonable, try mixing up your colors a bit and see what you get. goes for the bunker too, try putting in few spots of greenish/blueish tint, should help the piece. models' looking nice though, though I got to agree that a few rocks would help make the ground look less muddy.
