The polygon flow is good for low poly work like this, his neck is looking a little large atm, he's very well built :P, good work so far.

Hi

Added a head and spent some time tweaking the neck and arms. He currently stands at 2295 tris without eyes or hands.

I'm hoping to finish this tomorow night and then rig it to test the geometry

Hey looking real clean. Only crit I can spot is that the scale looks a little off, ( could be the shot ), but he looks a little squashed. Head and body look fine, I think it's the short legs and large thighs, the fall-off is too great.
Still looks really good, and really clean.
I also like the way you've twisted the forarms to try and keep the muscle flow. I dont see many people use that method.

Hips are a bit shakey but I'm pretty happy with the deformations overall
