![]() I already picked up on the neck. The animated version (the one in Max) is fixed, I've also tweaked a few other things like made his eyes smaller and re-proportioned his mouth/chin/nose a wee bit. The screenies there are of the original version I modeled in modo. I should have mentioned :x |

I got a question when i apply the diffuse/normal map i can only see the diffuse map in perspective do i need to turn anything on so i can see both the normal map and the diffuse map?because i dont like rendering game assets i like taking screen grabs

Armanguy, this is a pretty simple but odd solution: Go to the "DirectX Manager" drop-down tab in your material (below Dynamics Properties and Maps) and then check "DX Display of Standard Material". Then return to the material root (if you aren't there already) and click "Show Map in Viewport" from the "Material" drop-down menu at the top of your materials window. This only works if your viewport driver is set to Direct3D, I don't know how to do it for OpenGL. Direct3D is better anyways.
