In real life the sandbags would be closer together, but it looks nicer sometimes with all those gaps in them.

About time I posted something of mine here. Not really 100% game art, but the distinction game art/CG-high-poly-art doesn't really apply to animation imo. The figure was based on the Animation Mentor Figure. He is "rigged" (lol) on a standard 3dsmax biped. (you see some of the bits sticking through, forgot to hide them for the render)
It should also be mentioned that I nabbed the idea from an AM student.

This is more or less the first pass, so there's quite a few things that need attention.

Handpainted in Photoshop. Now I will try make a hightpoly version for a better normalmap .

I'm working on a quick texture, just to make something in roboblitz.

I gotta tell you, I was inspired by chris' posts Those looke awesome!
I just took a photograph from http://www.cgtextures.com/, and copy-pasted stones to make it tilable. I'm working on the grout now, but don't exactly know how :/
