Overall, your model is very nicely done. Very good use of texture space, color, and you have a good looking mesh.

Only real problem seems to actually be in your presentation.

Your lighting needs to be toned down, there is too much noise/contrast especially in the rocks of the well itself. This shouldn't be too hard to fix

Looks great! The wood is really nice and old/weathered looking. The only thing I might have done different is have a bit of illumination from the lamp, but it is lit as if it's daytime so that's not a big deal.

Did you make the textures from photo reference or from a high poly sculpt?

Model and texture looks amazing. as SWAG said. Presentation. You need to learn presentation techniques. It really matters. Checkout marmoset Tool bag and checkout their tutorial or xolios shader is also amazing.

Thank you guys.
I see presentation is my problem. I rendered it in marmoset, but I probably need to check some other options.

Interactionman - textures are made fully from photo reference. First I had an idea to sculpt it, but then found out that photo textures work well enogh and are much faster to make

My only suggestion would be to add some geometric detail to the lantern. Right now, it screams "I'm a primitive box!". Hehe. Looks great overall!
