Ah looking better.
Never, never, never just post the front view if you want crits on any form. You should always post flyarounds of the head and they must be in perspective because that is how they will be used in a game or a movie or whatever. To advance you need to show the weakest points of your work here. You are here with family and we are here to help after all

To crit the face I would say I miss all sorts of anchor points that need to be there to give it character. By doing face sculpts for practice and reading info on drawing faces and bodies you ar going to nail it eventually because you have a good eye.

Cheers
keep on trukin!

The one thing I notice when doing or making HAIR is the part where it meets the scalp, as in real hair there is a slight 'fade where the hairline meets the edge. I havn't seen too many artists go to this degree of detail, maybe final fantasy anims,, but even still
adding eyelashes like you've said and iris eye details will surly bring the character more to lifelike design. it's taking the time to get the details made and to look as they should, great work so far, and also pay attention to how skin textures can be made more lifelike as well as that can make all the difference in appearing dull and plain or alive and convincing.

looking forward to seeing more... good stuff!

Or just google 'google images (hairline closeup) to see other examples of what I mean, some examples are more to what your trying to make ,but some images are very large, but you'll see.

Here is an update with a pose. Still working on the composition. I want to add a background to make an illustrative scene more than a still of a model. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
