Oke here is my final.
I'm not sure about the harness. I'll maybe change it later (model extra detail instead of texturing it), but I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

Comments & Critics welcome!!!!!

Looks good! Its been cool to watch this develop.
Crits:
The metal railing on the top of the coach looks out of place. It seems almost chrome, and my immediate impression is that its more modern than the rest of the coach.
I think a little highlighting in the diffuse would help bring out the details more, particularly on the woodwork panels. It can be very subtle and even roughed up a bit to make the edges look less crisp.
The harness could use a little more interest in the diffuse, and even pick up the edges with your spec map. Leather harness is usually kept oiled so it doesn't crack. I think you should also make it double-sided with geometry rather than a 2-sided material. 2-sided rendering is quite expensive and its almost always more efficient to use geometry instead. It might be worth adding a bit of twist to it as well, especially with the reins.
Some more Ambient Occlusion would be nice...but admittedly I'm an AO junkie
