Russian PSS

This is my first post in this forum. Ive looked on some of the threads here and theres so much cool stuff.

I have decided to try make a model of a Russian PSS. My goal is to make it so i can import it into UDK.

I´ve started out with the highres mesh.

All C&C are welcome.

The attachment function doesn´t work. So i leave a link to my page at imagehack. Hope anyone find the effort to see them and comment!

Small update. I see some sharp edges that needs smothing.

the attachment system is not working at the moment, so please upload your images to an image hosting site and use the insert image option when making posts to add them to your posts.

So this is my take on a Russian PSS (Пистолет самозарядный специальный) so far.

I´ve fixed some of the hard edges on the back of the frame (not showing on these pics)

Small Update

Have started with the insides. Just the parts that will be baked.

I´m a complete noob when it comes to baking textures in max, so tips and trix would be much appreciated.

It´s coming along i guess. need to remodel some parts, like the grip.
