Well firstly let me say that i absolutly adore Audi Rs4's so ill be watching this thread very closely on your progress.

Its really early to start critting yet, so ill wait till theres more there...

only crit that i do have though, its not the estate version, the saloon / hatchbackversion seems very plain to me, saw an estate on the way home from woth the otehr night and OMG, sex on wheels isnt the phrase to use....*wipes drool off his mush*

so far so good, keep plugging away

Great start but it could lose a lot of polygons and still remain the same shape
this mesh would be ideal for high poly modelling.
but even for games this is a bit too much i think
the model itself is nice though

Looks nice, but it does look it has some problems finding out what kind of gender it is, so to say ;P

What i mean is that in areas it looks like it was modeled to meshsmooth and flow well, but in other areas you have stuff going on that would be a problem if you smooth it, such as the door handles and indentations.

The polyflow and all that stuff looks nice though.

lica: it was a tough call between the rs4 and the rs6.
Dennispls: yeh at the moment its a bit high poly but when everythings done i can take my axe to it and remove whats not needed. i still want to keep it pretty high poly though, to get everything really smooth so in a lot of places there will be a bit of overkill.
decs: yeh i need to work on some of the tri'd areas and clean them up.

thanks for the comments guys!

Yeah but, are you going to smooth it? Because if you're not theres nothing wrong with having a few triangles around, if you are going to smooth it you would benefit from having as many quads as possible ofcourse but if its for a game engine you might aswell do a bit more triangle work to get the count down.

Been working on the front a bit more. Not happy with the bottom corners of the bumper. They are messy and innacurate. Will work on those at some point. Currently about 12,500tri. Crit away please.

My favorite car, nice. From what I can tell, everything looks peachy except the indents for the door handles, some bad smoothing going on there, should have cut up some faces and used extrude instead of those pesky booleans, avoid them as much as possible. Other than that, good job.
