You'll need to add a specular map to your robots to give the metallic aspect of your materials.
Also, the last robot (the blue one), has too many uniform scratch everywhere. This article should help you : CGSociety - The Top Ten Tips of Texturing |

I'm also a very big fan of this piece
With a nice pose, an attractive pedestal, and dramatic lighting, this could be a headline piece imo.The first two pics (the environment) look very dark, and its hard for me to see any of your hard work Also, your watermarks really distract me. I'm a fan of clean labeling, not watermarking, but I know some other artists pull this off. They generally keep the opacity REAL LOW so its barely readable, though. One more thing, get these guys posed! You can perform very quick poses easily in ZBrush via the transpose master, which will add TONS of personality to each character. Good stuff, mate Keep it up
