Some of the details on the hand seem too sharp to me, such as the knuckle skin folds and the veins. Perhaps you could go up one more subdivision, smooth the results back and drop down / del higher? Or go over them with the smooth brush on a very low intensity.

New render progress... (IMAGE HEAVY)
Hey guys... passing thru with an update on this model... right in Unity, I started working on damage textures and renders to show the details... I hope I did not get too carried away with the damage lol...
