very true. I'm currently working on an XNA project with a few people and I feel like with the exception of 1 or 2 other people almost nothing is getting done.

I agree the fact is, people want to be sure It's going to end somewhere and are most of time willing to join at first .
Then, they become bored when they see It's taking too much time to reach what they want.
However, on your side, It seems all alone you are progressing quite well, maybe some Blender Game's engine addict would be pleased to help you !

About your game, It has a cool feeling, it remembers me a bit Dungeon Siege ! I liked that game, could be cool to have a camera view such this one !
