Your high poly looks as if you have just applied turbo smooth to the low poly model, add details to it or a normal map will be pointless folds in the clothing would be the best place to start.
Another thing i would suggest is instead of starting a new project take the C&C offered and keep working on a project. finish the car get the texture right on that |

I would also suggest to make a separate uvmap for your tires. Most of the carmodels in games don't include tires because they make several tire models and share them. Then you can easily switch tires and you preserve space for the actual car texture.
Previous comments about the texture include most of the point to work on. Cheers |
