Have to tell us some more, for what engine is it? If it's for a current FPS, you could change those holes to a normal map and also remove the shadow/highlights from the bevel. Could also use some more contract on the wear and tear as well as color. Keep it up, you have a good foundation to build off

Hmm I think it is meant for the source engine.

I will keep in mind about the normal map.

Hmm, well, it's a bit bland at the moment. It's a bit hard to tell what material it's made out of. Some wear and tear that is characteristic with that material would help out. For example, some thin light scratches for metal, and maybe a bit of rust/dirt in the corners. It definitely needs some variation over the whole piece, if that was tiled on a floor it would be really hard on the eyes. The bumps also seem rather large for a floor, try cutting the bevel distance in half. Also, like requiem said, normal maps would really help out here.
