Ran into some trouble with the angled supports so just moved on to do some quick pipes. Critiques?

Hello, I find your wip interesting, but as regards the pipes, one would say that you have right plate textures with a blow of Crazybump.
Do As_tu make the baking?
If not… or its bolts? =)
Good continuation has you

You could maybe push the normal map in the upper part more. The panels look a little flat. You could extrude them, i don't think your poly count would suffer much.

Thanks Jacob! Yah I modelled the bottom red panel out and I don't know why I didn't model the top portion out. Brain-fart most likely. Fixed it, and it's looking better! On to the next piece!

Bare in mind mate, that anywhere you have screws you'll get scratches on the metal, as when you screw it tightly it'll wear away the paint. Do it very subtly, but i'd tear up areas around the screws revealing the metal behind. Espically on the red panel.

I also have no idea what the ball is. Perhaps add a bit more to give us an indication of its purpose? Is it a light, security system?
