I agree with what Dennispls said. Your poly density on the support pole is much greater than that of the rest of the mesh. You could easily get another cylinder in there, or if you're lazy, rmb > collapse all the unwrap, then select every other edge on the top and bottom of the cylinder and collapse:
Then just tweak UVs a little.

I actually have lowered the polycount on the pole i did just not say it, or show it.

Ah nice! You could still afford to lose a couple more, but it's a marked improvement.

Have textured the bag and baked normals for it, i did also use normal map filter for pole and foot texture.
