my Aeon's Project Stuff

Hi,in this post i was thinking to show to all the work I have done for Aeon (amateur game?!) (is not Aion )

First thing,in this post forgive me for my bad english
I have already done something,i show you a part (one by one,to don't overload of stuff in only one reply )

Another one,this can seems a little strange is becouse don't have a strong concept or reference behind it
Is a staff with Blades&Fire Weapon at both ends,the triggeri for fire are on the handle.

To don't model only weapon I start modeling a building for a village in the desert,but in the midle of it i think "mh...the roof is high,i need a ladder!"
So I made a ladder




But a person of the team told me that was to perfect in shape,so I try again,adding some edge loop & moving some vertex,& doing again all texture

Stairs for the building,without unwrap uvw only normal map



This is unwrapped & with texture,but i want do the texture again (when i finish the building)

New up

This is the first piece of a Tile for a dungeon,they ask me to do this,so...
I made the high poly model (200k poly) then i take the normal & put on my low poly model & put some texture on it...then someone told me that exist a way to remove the tiling in photoshop from my normal/diffuse... =_= Damn,i don't know that! =_=
Please,if someone know how can i modify my texture for remove the tiling please,i need to know U_U
This tile work like a brush,when i finish to do all pieces,the programmer put it in the engine then create something like a brush to paint the dungeon with this "blocks",the only rule i have is to made models 256x256 generic unit,every square is 10ft x 10ft (3m x 3m)
...i think I replace the Dirt with some other material,any suggestions?
