Thanks for the time you put into those tutorials, they were maybe some of the easiest Ive found on normal mapping techniques out there.
Something I came across as a Max 2008 user I wanted to share was the way that this newer version of max displays the normal map. You cant simply click DX Display of Standard Material anymore if your in 2008- To display the NM in realtime go to the Material Editor// Material // Global Viewport and Rendering Setting // Hardware Display with maps Thanks again Tyler, those were awesome! |
