XSI ModTool?

Argh, I need this pretty pronto and Softimage's download section is closed for maintenance until some time next month.

Anyone know a reputable source I download the latest version from that's not XSI's own site?

I can't even find it on torrent sites :/

the downloads section is back up again, but the Mod Tool and some other things isn't avaliable yet. Apparently I've been told, some legal issues are pending, but it will be up again very soon.
