Support forum rules and guidelines:

• When making a new thread make sure you supply the right amount of information (see below) so that others can answer them as best as they can as fast as they can.
• Be patient;
  *Not everyone that read your thread has the solution to your problem.
  *Not everyone will read your thread right away after posting it.

Information to add to your thread at all times:

• The software that you are using (and version). A tag like [3dsMax] or [UE3] in your thread title is a great start.
• Things that you have tried to solve your problem so that others won't suggest that what you already have done.
• Additional information like screenshots can really help solve the problem.
  

Threads that do not comply to these rules will be removed without warning!
