Environment modeling tutorial: Desert dunes in 3dsmax

hi, i just created a video tutorial on a special topic.
In this tutorial you will learn how to use patch grids to model desert dunes inside 3dsmax.


- Create dunes by using patch grids
- Blend two textures by vertexcolor
- Use a simple layered fog, to render the scene.
Modeling desert dunes in 3dsmax

have phun with my german accent

reload sometimes, if the site is not opening correctly.

Thanks for the video. I already knew hot to vertex paint but it was a nice intro into editable patch!
