Lightwave <---> 3dsmax conversion . Urgent Help please

Hello gamers .. i have this task that the client works with lightwave and ofcourse i work with 3dsmax .. is there any way to do my work ( modeling + unwraping ) in max then convert it to work in lightwave while retaining all the mapping info ??

Please help coz they need me to reply asap .

.obj files hold mapping coordinates. max can import/export them by default, if lightwave can the you have a working solution...
