Maya Help..!

I use Maya, not that well, but something has happened that I cant explain. I'll Post a picture but the transformation, rotation, and move tools are all off the screen no matter how far I zoom out. I even tried centering piviot. Im stumped any ideas?

I googled it and a website said to delete the "My Documents\maya\<version number>" folder and it worked maya just created a new one. Everything is back to normal.

You can also use the + and - keys to expand and shrink those handles for your transformation tools. I've had that happen a few times in the past.
