Normal map xnormal error

Hello.
I baked high poly to low poly weapon but I came up with some kind of errors.

High poly weapon

Low poly

UVW template

Normal map from xnormal(512x512) Edge padding 4, bucket size 16

Normal map assigned to low poly weapon.Wrong shading

where is the key to better bake?smoothing groups or cage?
I tried with smoothing groups by 90 angle, almost same results.
Thanks

Smoothing groups are important, if you are using 3ds max you can make different smoothing groups I believe.

When baking (and I use xNormal for that) I always use a cage. Very important.

And just wondering but have you checked if your normals are flipped?

normals are facing right direction.I tried to use textools to convert uvw islands to smoothing groups and material ID's for better cage.
