It's waaaaay to dark, It's close to a big black render. It might be better to change your texture colour to very bright and then make it a tiny bit darker each time untill you got the perfect match.
(The model is looking superb so far I can see ) |

The biggest is that your specular mapping values are off and very tiny to the point that i didn't think there was any spec until looking at the wire stock.
![]() Look at that, specular lighting lights up the metal to lighter values, plus it has some grunge in it to keep things interesting. Also random edging : middle of grip, around the circular extrusions (these aren't areas that move, neither are they common points of contact with rough surfaces. |

Better, but perhaps more gloss/specular power for the metal so that the light spreads out over more angles and brightens it up some more. Also some grunge in the gloss map will also help.
For the scratches try: very dark on the diffuse, and very light on the specular. This helps create contrast when lighted, as finish gets scraped off it reveals the more reflective raw metal beneath. |

As RedRogueXIII said, the colour is much better. Now it looks a bit too.. plastic, but with some tweaks it will be superb. (Maybe the handle could use a bit more scratches but that could be me, I love scratches x) )
