weird normal mapping problem!

this is a render of my low poly model with the hi poly normals on it, and every single flat surface has visible wires (look closely). Its only on the flat surfaces and this is the first time i am seeing this after normal mapping about 5 different models.

yes, all of the flat surfaces have their own smoothing groups, and yes, all of the flat surfaces are flat surfaces on the cage (i perfected the cage).

also if you look on the vertical edge on the right, it has visible notches all throughout, as if it were serrated

Extremely dark image, hard to see anything. Fliping the green channel of your normal map, reset xform / delete history or overwork your triangulation before baking could be a reason.
