low poly character topology and structure suitable for animation

hi all !
I need to some advices about difference between a static character and a charecter that will be going to animation (body and face)
please help

static would just need to be modeled to look good
while meshes that plan to be animated, will need to take into account geometry for the needs to deformation (while still looking good).

your question is very vague.
