(solved) UDK: Weird Shadow Glow

Hey Peeps,

I seem to have this weird/ugly looking shadow glow on all my meshes that appear when near to other objects and walls. It's like an Ambient Occlusion thing but that option is turned off in the options. Also I have 1 point light in my scene and even if i disable cast all shadows I still get these glowing shadows, I have tried many options to turn it off some of this include:

-Playing with World Lighting and Point lighting Settings.
-Importing into other UDK supplied maps (Problem still there)
- Changing Settings on my ATI Control center and restarting UDK.
- Trying different sorts of lights.

These shadow are render no matter what, and they still appear after building lights with/without ligthmass and they are stange when you go ingame They kind of Move and Appear/disapear to different angles. It is also pixalated looking.

The only way I can get rid of the shadow is to disable lights which goes into Unlit mode.

I'm starting to think its feature/ or graphics card problem but another friend who uses UDK assures me he doesnt have the same problem.

I put Post processing volume and disabled Ambient occulsion there, weird it has two tick boxes and only the right side turns it off, I would have though world props AO off would work too, confusing.
