unfortunatly the attachment system isnt working so we can only see a thumbnail of the image, I would upload to something like photobucket or imageshack and use hat to then post it up here.

Do you have reflective surfaces? If so, Max tries to reflect the Background, but since that is set to use Screen Coordinates, you have this behaviour...relective surfaces look as if they were transparent...either use a spherical environment/skybox or render without background and make it in post.
