Weird normal map

After I imported my model in the UDK I discovered that the normals map looks terrible in some places where the seams are. I tried to bake again but got the same thing
Is there any way how to fix it?

Is the top part broken into three islands? Cause it looks like you have it broken into 3 different sections. You wont have to totally redo the UV, but you most likely will have to move some things around so that you can connect those pieces. Also it probably would of been best to try to keep the seam off of the divots so that it's easier to clean up.

Are you using a checkered material when you do your UV's? If not you should really do that so that you wont have problems like this and you can make sure everything is getting the correct texture space.
