Increased performance with SLI in 3dsMax?
Hey all,
I was just wondering i have Dual 7800Gtx Nvidia Graphics cards and have never really been able to utilise them when playing games anyway. Is it possible to use them with 3dsMax 2009 or is the performance gain not worth it? Or does 3dsMax automatically realise that you have two graphics cards? Sorry if there has been a topic like this before, i tried searching but couldn't find one. Thanks. |

No gain I think. You really shouldn't run into performance problems with Max anyway, at least none that can be fixed by a better graphics card (unless you're specifically doing lots of heavy shader-stuff).
