looks great!
one thing i see, i really don't think snipers would use a pec15, more like an night vision scope. Pecs are for whenever your wearing nvgs, and you cant look through the scope.
That isn't really a big concern at all and your model looks great, but if you wanted to be really realistic i would take that into consideration.

Thanks for advice, but i don't have time to model other scope, so i will leave this. I watched some tutorial about texturing and i started from beginning. I think now it is looking little better.

Tbh..I think you picked a "right git" of a weapon to model and texture..Done this myself & spent bloody hours on it...Ok onto crits..Main body is aluminium,which scratched is shiny at first but quickly becomes oxidised giving a darker scratch.Scope looks as though you only have base textures applied.
It`s basically a right mish-mash of metals where a gloss map would be very useful as far as specular strength goes..Bit of a juggling act but hey -ho..what isn`t..Keep at it..Diffuse bases look pretty solid.Give the spec some umph m8.As in" breath life into it".
At the end of the day it all depends on the engine your skinning for,some take coloured specs,some don`t.
