@ Glynn: did you not see that it was only the render that was mirrored, and not the model? How come Alexander saw this and you not? sigh. makes me a little sad...

Hmm, no plans for that, and I doubt that there will be... However, the article stays on cgs untill, euhm, i gues untill the world stops spinning so it'll always be available there if you need it... (You could save the two html pages and convert those to pdf, i think that might work)

it a great article. learn some new useful things. I think he should include tips on how to fix texture seams which is a big problem for texturing
