I think everyone here did a pretty good job. There's not that many participants this time though, might have to make it a more intresting theme next time.
Anyhow, my vote goes for Fleistad, a really solid texture mate ![]() Cheers!

These are good entries.
I went for X-Convict because I love the designs on the hilt.

I voted for Fleistad as i felt it was the only sword which looked real to me, X-Convict had a solid entry but the blade let it down for me as it had too much colour variation on the other hand te handel was almost perfect.
I had to base my vote on the whole piece and Fleistad's entry was well rounded with no problem areas, and i could piture myself holding that sword on the battlefiled. |

X-Convict got my vote as it was clearly the best. I liked the detail in the across the hilt although the only thing was I thought the weathering on the blade was just a tad too much. - A minor issue on an other wise excellent texture.
Well done also to Fleistad. A close 2nd for my choice. I was surprised by the lack of entrance on this one. I would like to have entered this my self but haven't had the time and didn't realize it was closing already. Maybe next one if its a good'un. ![]() |

Some thing I personally would like to see more of. Generally medieval weaponry is a good subject as it has alot of scope for creative decoration and/or weathering effects etc. |
